Trinet HR, a leading provider of HR services and technology to businesses of all sizes, aimed to enhance its brand recognition and become a top-of-mind brand among CEOs. To achieve this, they sought to create a compelling TV/web ad that would strike a chord with CEOs on a deep and meaningful level.
Our team developed a concept that tapped into the inner spirit of CEOs, featuring three kids dressed as superheroes. The idea was to use the metaphor of superheroes to emphasize that managing HR doesn’t require you to be born with superpowers; all you need is Trinet. The resulting TV and web ads effectively resonated with CEOs by highlighting the challenges they face in their roles and positioning Trinet as a reliable partner to navigate those challenges.
