Founded in Austin, TX, in 2008, TrueDialog is an innovative technology company and developer of a personalized SMS texting platform built to increase customer engagement for enterprise businesses and higher education. The company wanted to refresh its website without rebuilding it from scratch and assigned us the task.

Our solution was to target the images in the site’s main body and craft a new aesthetic for the imagery that was elegant, fresh, and on-brand. This approach gave the website a fresh look without needing a complete rebuild. Additionally, the new approach was developed to provide TrueDialog with a brand look that was ownable and identifiable.

The effort was a success. The aesthetic was adopted as a new branding element for the company and incorporated into all advertising and branding efforts moving forward.
