CHALLENGE: TriNet HR, a leading provider of HR solutions for businesses of all sizes ought to launch a high-impact billboard campaign at its Whipple Ave, a prime spot along the route to San Jose and Silicon Valley. The goal was to capture the attention of CEOs and decision-makers, raising awareness about the risks of managing HR without experts.

SOLUTION: Our strategy focused on creating a visually striking and impactful campaign that quickly conveyed the perils of managing HR alone. Through bold metaphors and compelling, instructive headlines, we highlighted the burdens of HR management while positioning TriNet as the prudent, stress-free HR solution for business leaders.

CHALLENGE: Ooma, a leading provider of cloud-based communication solutions, needed to tackle the misconception that setting up Ooma Office, its business phone system, was complex and time-consuming. To change this perception, the company needed an ad campaign to demonstrate how quick, simple, and hassle-free the process truly is.

SOLUTION: We developed a dynamic multi-channel campaign that leveraged high-visibility transit elements, including bus shelter posters. Centered around the theme “Installing Ooma Office is so easy, anyone can do it,” the campaign used playful concepts to reinforce the simplicity and hassle-free nature of the installation process.

CHALLENGE: Facing declining attendance, shrinking memberships, and reduced donations, the USS Hornet Museum—a historic aircraft carrier-turned-museum in Alameda, California—needed a bold strategy to boost visibility and reignite public interest. The goal was to raise support through increased foot traffic, memberships, and donations.

STRATEGY: We developed a two-pronged strategy designed to captivate both history enthusiasts and families looking for unique attractions in the Bay Area. This campaign leveraged out-of-home (OOH) advertising and transit bus boards, ensuring high visibility and effectively reaching each target audience with engaging messaging and placement.

SOLUTION: We developed an emotional concept executed in a multi-vehicle approach, including OOH, that celebrated CEOs by highlighting their inherent leadership qualities, emphasizing that despite their independence, they may require assistance regarding HR management.
