OVERVIEW: Ooma, Inc. is a California-based telecommunications company that provides innovative communication solutions for businesses and individuals. Founded in 2004, Ooma is renowned for its Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology, offering cost-effective phone services, virtual office solutions, and home communication systems.

CHALLENGE: The company wanted to promote its vendor partnership program in the most effective manner that would reach its audience effectively and cost-effectively. Ultimately, the goal was to increase membership conversions and increase new leads.

STRATEGY: We developed a fun digital display ad campaign that excelled in multiple aspects. First, we devised a compelling tagline, “Invincible Together,” which formed the core of our campaign theme, accompanied by copy and imagery that effectively illustrated the vital advantages of a partnership.

RESULT: The campaign achieved significant success, meeting all key objectives, which encompassed boosting memberships, meeting quotas, and establishing a durable and impactful positioning and branding for the partnership program.

CHALLENGE: Ooma, Inc. aimed to introduce their Ooma Office solutions tailored for businesses to a fresh audience while simultaneously boosting website traffic and cultivating a pipeline of new leads.

STRATEGY: Engine devised a versatile creative theme centered on the “good call”/”bad call” concept, strategically crafted to engage the target humorously and precisely across various media channels.

RESULT: The campaign not only achieved success in elevating brand awareness and driving conversions but also played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity for that period, which subsequently proved instrumental in the success of several subsequent ad campaigns.

OVERVIEW: Sparrow is the first end-to-end leave management solution for modern employers to care for their people during major life events. It combines service and modern technology to handle the painful parts of leave, ensure exceptional employee experience, and assist with compliance for all types of leave. It was founded in 2018 and is based in San Francisco, California.

CHALLENGE: The company aimed to enhance its visibility within the HR community and establish a prominent presence in the broader tech industry while prioritizing increasing lead conversion. Additionally, there was a need to develop a distinctive brand positioning and corresponding iconography to reinforce their identity.

STRATEGY: We crafted an extensive social posts campaign featuring compelling subject lines, attention-grabbing headlines, and imagery. In addition, we infused striking brand iconography to effectively convey the message that Sparrow is the only choice to consider when it comes to managing company leave.

RESULT: After launching the campaign, the company experienced an immediate increase in brand recognition and website traffic. The brand iconography achieved its purpose of reinforcing identity and leadership brand positioning.

CHALLENGE: The innovative Austin, Texas-based company aimed to enhance brand visibility by growing its social media following, and establishing a loyal audience for recurring message outreach, ultimately increasing lead generation and conversion.

STRATEGY: Following a brand makeover, we designed a series of witty and imaginative social media posts called “True-Tips” centered around texting, effectively captivating the audience with humor while delivering valuable, eagerly anticipated content.

STRATEGY: We developed a series of playful ads centered on the idea that “Installing Ooma Office is so easy, anyone can do it.” This concept was extended across various channels, including digital mobile landing pages that directed visitors to their website for installation demos and to learn more.

RESULT: Following the campaign launch, there was a marked upswing in website traffic and an increase in brand recognition.
