SOLUTION: Engine created a playful, highly recognizable campaign by anthropomorphizing the Pebl logo into a character. The Pebl “guide” appeared in different scenarios—equipped with country-specific gear and placed within beautifully illustrated backdrops featuring global landmarks. Paired with clear, benefit-driven headlines, the campaign visually reinforced Pebl’s role as the friendly partner that makes global hiring simple anywhere.
